Eclectic Desserts strives to provide the best possible catering experience for your event. We maintain a high level of professionalism in our preparation and service in order to make the process simple and worry-free for our customers. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible, taking into account budget, guest counts, and event locations.

We also offer flexibility in menu planning. Eclectic Desserts can provide menus that match other food being served, or to complement a mood, theme, or event. At the time you make your reservation, we will discuss all your options. No matter what menu you choose, or the event being planned, you can be sure that we will provide high-class service, and of course, amazing desserts!
   Reservations & Policies:
  • At the time of confirmed booking, a minimum 40% non-refundable deposit is required. Payment plans may be arranged, but the balance is due no later than three days before the scheduled event.
  • Initial deposits and all subsequent payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  • For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled event, the entire balance will be billed to the customer to compensate for loss of the date.
  • Final guest counts are required three business days prior to the planned event.
  • Eclectic Desserts offers delivery service to all customers. Staffing of an event is available upon request at a cost to be determined at the time of booking.
  • Any additional requests must be discussed and finalized with Eclectic Desserts prior to the final guest count given three business days before the event.
