A Sampling of the Eclectic Desserts Menu
 
Chocolate Ravioli: Crispy wrappers stuffed with a warm chocolate center and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Fruit Calamari: Fried banana slices battered in a sweet “eclectic mix” served with a warm strawberry sauce.

Stuffed Shells: Soft crepes stuffed with dulce de leche ice cream and chocolate toffee, surrounded around raspberry sauce.

Taco Teenys: Flaky pastry shells filled with whipped cream, fresh sliced strawberries and kiwi, topped with chocolate toffee chunks and ground pecans.

Krispy K’sadillas: Warm baked rice crispy treats encrusted in a crispy pastry disc served with light fluffy whip cream.

CoCo Cakes: Golden fried cheesecakes breaded with are special “eclectic mix” and mango sauce drizzled underneath

Fruituccini: Strings of pears with strawberries, candied walnuts and pecans drizzled in a creamy caramel sauce.

Trafilet: Chocolate lava cake served with a light fluffy whip cream.

S’more Spring Rolls: Crispy rolls stuffed with graham cracker and marshmallow accompanied by chocolate and caramel dipping sauce.
