How It Works
 
To begin your personalized résumé creation process, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Visit the CONTACT page and fill out the Inquiry form as completely as possible, including your existing résumé, if you have one (you can paste it directly into the text box), and some text from advertisements for positions you’re interested in, if possible.

  2. Once your information has been reviewed, I’ll e-mail you with a price quote, based on the Tier pricing schedule (see SERVICES page,) along with a client service agreement and form authorizing B&D Résumés and Consulting to charge your credit or debit card. Payment is due in full prior to beginning the project.

  3. Upon receipt of the signed service agreement and authorization form (via fax, e- mail or snail mail), I’ll personally contact you to set up a consultation. Your first draft will be completed within five to 10 days business days after the consultation. You will have 30 days to request any changes at no additional charge.

  4. Once I’ve received your approval of the first draft, I’ll make any required changes and e-mail your completed final draft in Word and PDF formats. Hard copies on fine résumé paper also are available for a small additional charge.
